Who is responsible?

JCKCROWLEY is responsible for this website and decides how information collected through it is used. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to jack@jckcrowley.com.

Information you choose to submit.

The website can collect information in three main ways:

• Project enquiries, including your contact details, business, website, selected product, current process, intended outcome and notes
• Working product demonstrations, including registration details, job answers, uploaded files and the actions taken inside the matching dashboard
• Direct emails or other correspondence you send after using the website

Demonstrations are there to test the product journey. Do not upload confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information. Where a fictional example is supplied, it is labelled as demonstration data rather than client work.

Why the information is used.

• To provide the working form, record, upload or dashboard action you requested
• To assess a project enquiry, reply and take steps towards an agreed contract
• To operate, secure, diagnose and improve the website and its business systems
• To keep an accurate record of agreed work, decisions and customer communication
• To meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary

The usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing an agreed contract and JCKCROWLEY's legitimate interests in operating a secure and useful business service. Consent is used for optional analytics. The appropriate basis depends on the particular information and purpose.

Systems and service providers.

The website uses specialist providers for hosting, databases, private file storage, email delivery and optional analytics. This can include Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend and Google Analytics. They process information only to provide the relevant service under their own security and data-processing terms.

Uploaded files are intended to use private storage and controlled access rather than a public file address. A dashboard action may prepare or deliver an operational email only where that action is configured and tested. No payment-card information is collected by the current project enquiry form.

Google Analytics 4.

Google Analytics 4 is configured with consent denied by default. The Google tag can load before you choose, but analytics storage and measurement remain disabled unless you select Allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this implementation.

When enabled, analytics may collect:

• The pages you visit and how you move between them
• How you arrived, such as search, social media or another website
• General device, browser and approximate location information
• Engagement events such as scrolls, outbound links and project-enquiry submission

Analytics events do not intentionally include the contents of your form or email. Read Google's privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage.

The consent preference is essential storage because it remembers your choice. Google Analytics cookies are optional and are only created after acceptance. Select Cookie choices in the footer to change the setting. Returning to Essential only removes the Google Analytics cookies that this website can access.

Relevant business outreach.

JCKCROWLEY may use limited business contact information from a company website, business directory or other public business source to introduce a relevant service. This can include a contact name, role, business email address, company, website and the public source. Public availability is not treated as permission by itself.

Any outreach must be targeted, proportionate and compatible with the UK rules that apply to the contact and communication channel. JCKCROWLEY does not sell outreach information. Every person has the right to object to direct marketing at any time. Reply to the message or email jack@jckcrowley.com and the marketing use will stop. A minimal suppression record may be kept so the objection is not accidentally ignored later.

Retention and security.

Project enquiries and related correspondence are kept while they are being assessed or delivered and are normally reviewed for deletion within 24 months of the last meaningful contact. Information needed for accounting, legal obligations or claims may need to be kept longer. Demonstration records and uploads may be cleared periodically and can be deleted earlier when a valid reference or identifying detail is supplied.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to restrict access and protect stored information. No online system can promise absolute security, so only submit the information needed for the stated task.

Your choices and rights.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Direct-marketing objections are respected without requiring a particular form of words. Email jack@jckcrowley.com with enough information to locate the relevant record.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contacting JCKCROWLEY first may allow the issue to be resolved more quickly, but it is not a requirement.
